How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location, your order will arrive 7 to 10 Days after it's been shipped. Unfortunately, Zaho cannot expedite this process, so we appreciate your patience. You can track your order any time on our Order Tracking page

Of course, we have warehouses set up all across the globe so we can reach customers from a range of different countries (plus it’s free)
When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order between 7 and 10 Days after you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If your order has taken longer than 3 weeks to arrive, you can track it on our Order Tracking page. Due to COVID-19, customs clearance has been taking longer than usual for certain countries we ship to. If your order shows as In Transit, it is still on its way and is not lost.
Can I make changes to my order?
We process and pack orders almost immediately after receiving them, so send us a message as soon as possible below, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your order can be changed once it's placed. If your order has already been processed, you can return it for a refund once it arrives

How do I request a replacement for a lost, stolen, or damaged order?
You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order on your Order Confirmation Page within 2 hours of it being placed.
To cancel, click the View Order Status link in the order confirmation email we sent you. Then, select Cancel under Order Actions.
Because we process orders so quickly, we cannot guarantee your order can be canceled once 2 hours have passed. If your order has already been processed, you can return it for a refund once it arrives.
How do I order on Zaho?
Simple. Simply add whatever items you want to your cart, proceed to the checkout page, fill out your shipping details, and then lastly the payment method and that’s it!
I missed out on a promotion after I ordered, what should I do?
Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a partial refund if a promotion goes live after you ordered, make sure to keep an eye out for emails and our social media for the latest promotions and new products.
What payments do you accept?
Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta/Connect or Maestro, and Apple Pay. We do not accept cheques or cash.
Why are some items out of stock?
We do try to keep the website up to date, however sometimes items sell out really quickly. We understand this can be frustrating, so when this happens we will try our best to offer you another choice or let you know if it's coming back in stock.
How do I use my discount code?
Once you have added items to your cart, discount codes are entered at the checkout page. You will see a grey square box for you to enter your discount code. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update to the discount code that was entered. Please apply all discount codes before placing your order. We are unable to update your order or provide a discount refund after the order is placed.
My discount code is not working, what should I do?
It is most likely that your offer code is not working because it has either expired or it is not a valid discount code. Many of our offer codes are single use only and will not be valid for a second use. Offer codes do not apply on sale items.
What if I forget to add my discount code?
Always remember to enter your code at checkout! Once your order is complete we aren't able to honour your discount code.
I havent received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Our confirmation emails are generated automatically and are sent out shortly after your order has gone through. If you have not received one, it could be because there is a mistake in your email address, or that the order was not completed. Please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to help.
